Won a Phase I subcontract for a USSF Orbital Prime Research Grant in 2022 for Welding in Space research with KMI. The focus for this research was utilizing different welding processes to create a permanent attachment to orbital debris in order to remove the debris from space.  

Our technology is currently under research and development. We have many ideas and realize multiple processes may be necessary to complete a successful welding in space mission and are working to make this happen. 

Win the 2024 NASA SBIR Phase I to further develop our technology to be tested in space simulation environments, and eventually the actual space environment. After this we hope to become a welding in space company complete with skilled welders in order to build infrastructure in space, contribute to ISRU, orbital debris capture & recycling and in space manufacturing efforts.
